How can I see your bridal gowns in person?

Appointments are required so that we may give our undivided attention and give you full access to all the gowns and accessories within the salon. We want your time at our luxurious boutique to be relaxed, memorable and productive. During your 90-minute appointment, you will work closely with an experienced, knowledgeable professional consultant who is dedicated to to help you turn your dress dreams into a reality. Contact us to book an appointment.

How much do your wedding dresses cost?

We carry a variety of price points within our salon; our dresses range in price from $1,000to $5,000. As dresses become discontinued by the designer, we will be offering those sample dresses at a discounted price. Check out our social medial pages for updates on sample sales.

What sizes do you carry?

Like most bridal boutiques, The One Bridal Salon carries a variety of sample sizes ranging from size 8-20 with most of the dresses in the 10-12 sample size. The One Bridal Salon has recently added a new designer, Renne Grace who focuses on the curvier bride and will be offering larger size gowns with no additional charge. We appreciate that wedding dress shopping can require a bit of an imagination when the sample size dress does not fit you perfectly. Your consultant will use some tricks of the trade to help you visualize how you will look in the dress.

When should I plan on ordering my bridal gown?

With all the planning that goes into making your wedding day perfect, remember to leave enough time for ordering your dress. Most custom-made wedding dresses can take anywhere from 4-6 months to arrive after ordering. Rush orders are possible, with some designers, but this may incur an additional charge. After you have decided that your dress is "the one," we will carefully take your measurements, note the color and any customizations that you may want, review the sizing chart for your designer, and order the dress size that is closest to your measurements. Even with this process, most wedding gowns will require additional alterations. Alterations depending on what needs to be done may range in price from $300 – $500 dollars (or sometimes more), so be sure to factor this into your budget.

How do I pay for my weddng dress?

Payment for your beautiful new bridal gown is required in full at the time that your dress is ordered. Orders will not be placed until full payment (cash or credit card) is received. Please note that all purchases are final; we cannot accept cancellations or returns on any dress.

Do you offer discounts or trunk shows?

During the year, we will offer trunk shows to feature one of our designer's dresses. The designer will send additional dresses to the salon for the event, and often there is a discount associated with purchasing a dress from that designer during their trunk show. Check our home page to see when future trunk shows may be scheduled and be sure to book your appointment if you are interested.

How often do you receive new bridal gowns?

Designers tend to offer new wedding dress collections two times per year, typically in the spring and fall. We will be adding to our dress collections during the year, so check in with us often.

What is a loaner dress?

Sometimes when brides are looking at wedding dresses on designer's websites, they see a particular dress that they fall in love with and want to try. If we carry the designer, we may be able to get the dress to the shop as a loaner. So, if you see a dress and we don't carry it, be sure to ask if we can get the dress here for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
