Appointment Types
The Experience
At The One Bridal Salon, we host one bride at a time. Every appointment — from the first consultation to final pick up — takes place in a space reserved entirely for her and the people she chooses to bring with her. There are no overlapping appointments and no competing distractions. This allows each appointment to move with intention, giving our brides the space to think clearly and choose with certainty.
Bridal Consultation
Instead of sorting through racks or guessing what might work, this is a fully guided experience. We start with five to six dresses that reflect what we’ve discussed and talk through each one together before she steps into the fitting room, making sure the direction feels right.
As she tries them on, every dress is clipped and adjusted so it can be clearly seen — allowing her to understand how it will move and feel throughout the day. With every try-on, we refine the direction together — building clarity and confidence until she finds the one.
Return Bride Appointment
This appointment is focused and intentional. We’ll have her selected gowns ready in the fitting room and begin by talking through how she’s been feeling since her last visit. From there, we refine, restyle, and revisit the details so she can see everything clearly.
Designed for clarity and decision-making, this appointment allows her to move forward with certainty.
Pick Up Appointment
Seeing it again — now hers — is always a meaningful moment. During the appointment, we’ll answer any questions about next steps and provide guidance on what to expect with alterations.
If a veil or accessories have not yet been selected, this is also a wonderful time to make those final additions. Seeing everything styled together allows the full vision to come into focus.
Accessory Appointment
For our brides, if accessories were not selected during a previous visit, we can place her in the sample gown of the dress she selected to revisit veils, jewelry, and finishing details with fresh perspective.
We are also happy for brides who purchased their gown elsewhere, or are wearing a family heirloom, to book this appointment and encourage bringing the dress to try on. Seeing everything together allows us to style with intention and find pieces that truly complement the gown.
Whether it is a cathedral veil, subtle sparkle, or a statement piece, this appointment is about refining the details that bring the look together.
How to prepare
Two days before your appointment, you’ll receive a reminder text inviting you to confirm your visit. Once you do, we’ll follow up with helpful details — like directions and parking tips — to make your day seamless. For the most comfortable and confident experience, we recommend wearing undergarments you feel beautiful in and leaving heels at home, as they’re not needed for trying on gowns and can make moving around more difficult. THE SALON WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY YOURS
Enjoy an intimate, private experience with those you love most. We request the bride’s information when booking and welcome up to four guests, with more by request.
WEDDING GOWN TIMELINE
We recommend starting your dress search 9-12 months before your wedding to allow time for ordering, alterations, and every thoughtful detail.

We request a credit card to hold your appointment — it’s not a booking fee. If you cancel less than an hour before or don’t attend, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
